If you are not absolutely happy with your purchase from ASG KUBER you can return it to us for a refund or store credit.

You have 30 Days to return your purchase fro the date of delivery.

What you need to do:
1 - Contact us and request your Return Auterisation Number (RMA)
2 - Ship your return back using our prepaid return labels (this will be emailed to you)
3 - Your return will be processed within 5 business days of being returned to the ASG KUBER.


What can be returned?
All your products are returnable, except goods specifically purchased or manufactured for the buyer, machined or cut to size based on the buyer's specification or goods which have shelf life or date of expiration mentioned or any product marked as special order.

How much refund or store credit will be provided?
Full refund or store credit will be provided for the amount paid at the time of purchase only. Refund will also be subject to deduction of local taxes and goverment duty paid by the seller as the case may be.
